Rajesh is a Business Intelligence and Analytic Professional with over 15 years of experience. He started his career as a Software Engineer at Aptech Ltd and then moved out into the Analytics field. He worked with Fractal Analytics, Adventity Global Services, Hansa Cequity in various roles. He last worked with Positive Integers as Director - Analytics before moving full-time in his own founded training company, K2 Analytics.
He is an Engineering Graduate from V.J.T.I, Mumbai University. He successfully pursued Senior Management Program from IIM-C. He is a Project Management Program certified by PMI. He is also Oracle Certified Associate and carries deep expertise on SQL, SAS and R. He has a deep domain expertise in the Retail Banking space. He has also worked with clients in Retail, Telecom and Hospitality sectors.
Over his career he has delivered 100+ analytical models and solutions for various companies.
Laxminarayanan is a consultant with a strong experience and expertise on bringing strategy and technology to achieve core business objectives for organizations. With over a decade of versatile experience ranging from solutions development to Consulting in various sectors, he is currently serving as the Vice President, Customer Strategy for a Silicon valley based firm 8K Miles. He is heading the Marketing division of the firm and helping the firm in setting up its complete marketing operations in Chennai.
His passion towards teaching has made him take up the role of visiting faculty in different B schools in Chennai - teaching Marketing, Strategy and Systems courses. Importantly, he is known in the market for his 1-day Workshops and Guest Lectures, as the Founder of MyShiksha - his own venture involved in offering affordable workshops sharing his experience from IIM and his corporate experience on improving the profile of the students. He serves student community through various volunteering activities including Gold Heart Foundation.
