UGC Funded Research Project

Dr. Vijila Kennedy and Dr. Joji Chandran have obtained UGC funding for a major project to the tune of Rs. 7, 26,000 for the project titled “Impact of Global Financial Crisis on Human Resource Strategies and Employee Behaviour in Textile Industry in Tamilnadu” in April 2009. A research associate has been appointed and the research is in progress in line with the plan.
