Summer placement is integral part of the MBA program of RVS IMSR which provides an opportunity for students to gain practical exposure in functional areas of marketing, finance, investment, organizational behavior, human resource and information technology. After completion of the first year, the students spend 4 weeks of their summer with an organization. Summer Placement is an effective tool in enabling students to relate management theory to practice. It also helps the students make an informed career choice as often decisions regarding the functional specialization and the type of organization they want to join are influenced by their summer placement. The companies also benefit through the contribution of the trainees. They get an opportunity to evaluate the students for further employment.

Summer Placement Recruitment Process

          Interested companies may send in their details to the Placement Office on the form provided below. Companies can interact with the students and choose any method suitable to them for selecting trainees. If interviews are to be conducted for selecting the project trainees, arrangements can be made in the campus on any mutually convenient date. All communications regarding summer placements may be routed through the placement cell.
