Logistics & Supply Chain Management Strategy and Planning (CII-IL Course)

This course addresses questions about Logistics & Supply Chain Management planning, transport modes selection, vehicle routing, inventory policies, purchasing quantity and timing, and storage selection. The key elements of business logistics covered in this course include Logistics & Supply Chain Management planning and strategy, customer service, procurement, transport, inventory, warehousing, and handling.

Supply Chain Concepts and Planning (CII-IL Course)

The course focuses on effective supply chain strategies for companies that operate globally, with an emphasis on how to plan and integrate supply chain components into a harmonized system. The primary focus is to develop a good understanding of the strategic, tactical and operational issues of Supply Chain Management and become familiar with the integration of various SCM entities. The course utilizes key tactics such as risk pooling and inventory placement, integrated planning and collaboration, and information sharing for supply chain analysis and optimization.

International Logistics & Supply Chain Management (CII-IL Course)

The focus of this course is on the changing face of international Logistics & Supply Chain Management in the 21st century. This course explores the international standards that must be met to allow the movement of goods between countries, as well as the design and implementation of effective Logistics & Supply Chain Management strategies in global markets. Additionally, it will examine the prevailing international trade regulatory environment and its resultant impacts on global logistical systems, facilities and processes with a special focus on the challenges and opportunities in the emerging international Logistics & Supply Chain Management environment.

Warehouse and Distribution Facilities Management (CII-IL Course)

This course focuses on the role of a warehousing in a supply chain. It explains how a warehouse provides data on inventory levels throughout the supply chain as well as its role in the preparation and distribution of goods. The course stresses on how a well-run warehouse can help an organization to maintain product schedules and avoid supply issues. It also covers how distribution channels facilitate the timely delivery of raw materials/inventory to customers.
